Ingredients: 
  • 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

 

Method: 
  1. Place all the ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on a medium to high heat for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has reduced, stir occasionally.
  2. You may hear the cranberries popping, they are meant to do this so don't worry.
  3. Remove from heat and serve. 
  4. This cranberry sauce can be made days ahead and can be refridgerated and brought to room temperature or slightly heated before serving.
